About Rachel McDonough

I believe that true wealth is about more than numbers on a spreadsheet; it's about alignment between our resources and our deepest convictions.

For over 20 years, I've navigated the complex waters of wealth management. My journey didn't start in a high-rise corner office, but rather through a profoundly shaping experience serving as a missionary in Kenya. That season redefined my understanding of resources, stewardship, and human flourishing.

"The intersection of faith and finance is where true impact is cultivated."

My work spans three distinct but complementary properties: Wealth Squared, where we redefine compounding impact; Wealthfluence, focused on leadership and legacy; and The River and the Garden, a sanctuary for intentional living and stewardship.

As an author, I've sought to capture these philosophies in my books, hoping to guide others toward a more integrated life. Receiving the 2022 Larry Burkett Award was a humbling acknowledgment of this life's work, affirming the importance of biblically responsible investing.

When I'm not writing, speaking, or advising, you'll find me serving on various boards, always looking for ways to foster growth in leaders and organizations. Now, deeply rooted in Wisconsin, I find daily inspiration in the quiet beauty of the changing seasons—a constant reminder of the steady, organic nature of true wealth.
